Terms of service.

AOBI reserves the right to cancel a participant's enrollment if the registration process is incomplete.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you become ill or injured, please email us. We'll change your ticket to credits for future intensives. Address: info@the-art-of-ballet-intensive.com.

Please note that your spot will only be secure upon receipt of the full course fee and any add-ons. Be advised that submitting the non-refundable application fee does not guarantee your place.

Participants must pay the course, add-ons, and application fee within 30 days after receiving the payment link. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of participation reservations.

Waiting list -- Only if no spots become available while on the waiting list, your registration fee will be refunded. In other cases, the application fee remains non-refundable.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, AOBI reserves the right to cancel all activities related to the course. We will refund the course fees and any add-on charges by AOBI, minus the non-refundable application fee. However, please note that we cannot refund any expenses related to travel or accommodation which are not included in the course fee.

Participants must provide proof of health and liability insurance, including physical therapy coverage, upon request to participate in the course.

AOBI retains the authority to assign participants to a different group if necessary.

By participating in AOBI, you agree to allow us to photograph and record you on video for archival and publicity purposes. You may not claim any property rights over these materials.

Participants may not take photos or videos of the repertoire pieces, dancers, or instructors during the course.

Participants must inform AOBI in advance about any past or present injuries or medical issues; failure to do so may result in immediate expulsion from the course.

Participating in AOBI's courses, classes, or activities is voluntary and at the participant's risk. AOBI is not liable for any material or immaterial damages, regardless of their cause.

Participants are advised not to leave valuable personal belongings in the dressing rooms during the course. AOBI is not liable for damage or theft of personal belongings.

Students currently enrolled in an MBO, HBO, or University program or a pre-professional dance program affiliated with a professional dance institution/academy are eligible for a student discount. Additional proof may be required.
